Check your accounts, we still have some [?] instead of a picture, of some kind, in the "Avatar" spot below your names.

If interested in joining the US MERCS squad you will be required to fill out an application.  Signing into the website/forums does not make you eligible to wear the USM tags.  Check the Recruitment drop-down at the top of the page, complete the application and submit. 

You will be contacted with the appropriate information necessary to join our teamspeak (ts) server and get to know us while on the maps.
